Our shipping is over 90% Done!
As of now, we have already shipped out all US orders except for a few that had address/payment complications and we will reaching out to you shortly. We pulled up a few tracking numbers, and most all orders for US backers will be delivered between today and Friday.
We are packaging up the last of the international orders and will be dropping them off at the post office. The first batch was sent yesterday, with a second batch going out today. Any last minute address/payment fixes will go out by tomorrow. All international backerkit pre-orders are included in this batch as well.
We expect the batches to be received by our shipping partner before the end of the week. This means most orders should be delivered within 7-10 days from today. Please note that customs/import problems could cause delays in some countries.
Ceramic Bearing
Many backers upgraded to ceramic bearings through backerkit. Thanks to the large number of ceramic upgrades, we were able to upgrade to higher end ceramic bearings and use "Bones Ceramic Reds"A nice feature of these bearings is that you can see the "Bones Ceramic Reds" name along the side of the bearing. If you have multiple standard or ceramic FlickDecks, this is a good way to tell the difference in the bearing. You can see the photo below showing the name written on the bearing.
Bearing break-in
Before packaging each FlickDeck, We made sure they spin correctly and do not use broken/faulty bearings. One thing we have noticed over the last few weeks of playing with our sample FlickDecks, is that the bearings will break-in over time and get smoother and faster. The bearing and FlickDeck will begin to move much quicker and seem to have a much easier and smoother flow the more it is used. . Enjoy spending time with your FlickDecks and breaking in the bearing! We hope you all enjoy your new FlickDecks!
Please message us if you have any problems with your new FlickDecks or do not receive them.
Happy Spinning!
